How do a place an order for a JPEG card file?

Simply select your design, then call us at 504-491-6647 or send us an email. We'll email your JPEG file to you within 1 business day.

What kind of response times can I expect?

When ordering your holiday cards with Liz King Photography, you'll enjoy our quick turnaround allowing ample time to address and mail your cards.

After we receive your order and photo(s), we'll email you a proof of your card within 1 business day. After final approval of your design, your cards will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All cards are shipped UPS two-day shipping.

How will you ship my cards?

Your cards will be shipped UPS two-day at a cost of $9.50 per order.

What type of payments do you accept?

Your order will not be processed until payment is received. We accept two forms of payment:

1. Credit Card - We use PayPal to accept credit card (or PayPal) payments from customers, but you do not need a PayPal account.
2. Check - To pay by check, please call us at 504-491-6647 or send us an email. Payment by must be received before we can process your order. Please make checks payable to Liz King Photography LLC and mail to:

What photo file formats are accepted?
Pictures can be jpeg/jpg, tiff/tif or png.

What resolution/size should my picture be?
The DPI of a printable image at actual size (roughly 4.5" x 3") should be at least 200 DPI, but a 300 DPI image will insure the highest quality of the printed output. This means that your picture should have a minimum total resolution of 1050 x 780 with a preferred resoluton of 1280 x 960 or higher. The quality of the final printed card will depend on the quality of your digital photos. To accommodate some designs, LKP may need to crop your photos to make them fit properly. If this is confusing to you, don't worry! Just send us your photo and we'll let you know if it's big enough.

What kind of paper is my photo card printed on?

Photo cards are printed on high quality slightly glossy cover stock -- not flimsy photo paper. Because these cards are printed on quality paper, you can also write a special message to your recipients on the back of the card or have your customized message preprinted.

Are envelopes included in my order?

Yes, white envelopes are included in every card order.
